AI Futures Summit: Empowering Higher Education
AI is rapidly evolving and is transforming how research is conducted and how knowledge is disseminated. Discussing AI in academia and research supports understanding current trends, challenges, and opportunities. A summit about AI in academia and research prepares for the future, ensuring everyone is equipped with tools and knowledge to succeed in an increasingly AI-driven academic landscape.
That’s why we’re proud to present the AI Futures Summit: Empowering Higher Education, taking place in Abu Dhabi, UAE, one of the world’s most AI-ready nations and a rising global hub for innovation, technology, and education. Hosted by Khalifa University in partnership with Knowledge E, the summit brings together an international community of thought leaders, researchers, and educators to explore how AI can drive smarter, more inclusive, and more sustainable academic ecosystems.
We welcome proposals from around the world for 20-minute presentations or 1-hour panel sessions that share insights, case studies (preference will be given to case studies that showcase innovative examples of AI collaboration from inspiring HEIs.), and ideas on AI’s transformative role in academia in any of the topics listed below:
