Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the AI Futures Summit: Empowering Higher Education, you may nominate a substitute delegate to attend in your place at no additional charge. To make a substitution, please inform us by email at contact@aifuturessummit.com, providing the new delegate’s full name, professional affiliation, and email address. Kindly submit this information no later than 15 September 2025.
Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations received on or before 31 July 2025 will be fully reimbursed.
- Cancellations received until 24 August 2025 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 24 August 2025 due to fixed event costs.
Refund requests received after the deadline due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Organising Committee. Please note that no refunds will be provided in the event of a ‘no-show.’
Force Majeure
The above policy applies in all circumstances except in cases of force majeure, where the event is cancelled due to war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation, or other emergencies that make it impossible to hold the event in the UAE or online.
